I am very happy to hear that Space Camp is coming back! It was a remarkable experience indeed! At NASA Space Camp, I have learnt a lot about science and American culture. I have also had the unique opportunity to represent my country and share the Libyan culture with my fellow space campers. I am thrilled that more Libyan students will have this great experience!

The NASA Space Camp programme introduced me to an otherwise fictional world of space and rocket science. This helped me build strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as relationships with people from different backgrounds.

Space Camp will force you to get out of your comfort zone to live an experience like no other... an experience you will cherish for the rest of your life."

Space camp will forever have a special place in my heart. Being a 16 years old high school student from Libya to go to the United States and participates in an intensive program related to science and space was definitely a dream that came true.  I gained leadership skills that I have been using for years now and I learned how to work better with groups and solve problems under pressure.

It has changed me and made me look for greater things in the future. I think the energized and eager to learn person I am today was because of Space Camp. Also, I learned and made amazing friends from all over Libya and the United States whom I still talk to until now.

Being part of Space Camp has been one of the most unique experiences I have undertaken. I was privileged to be amongst 25 other young Libyan leaders who had the chance to live, eat and train like real astronauts. I made some amazing friends through the different team-building and brain exercises we did, got the chance to learn more about American culture and even took part in a rocket launch simulation and preparing for a mission to the moon. Thrilling is an understatement of what you will experience at Space camp.
